Yellow Rose Tejano Music Promotions LLC was established in January 2009 as a private limited liability company. The purpose of the Yellow Rose is to present the best in Tejano Music to the listening and dancing Tejano Music Lovers in the Chicagoland area; to make this presentation at an appropriate venue and to dedicate ourselves to the maintenance and preservation of our Tejano Music Legacy.

The Home Page song is "Mi Ranchito" performed by Rick Trevino, dedicated to the Memory of My Mother, Julia Villarreal Ochoa.

On November 19, 2009, Carlos Roman Jr. suffered a brain aneurysm. After three brain surgeries, treatment and therapy, the insurance cap has been  reached. This benefit is being held to ensure that Carlos receives the additional therapy he needs to try and make a full recovery.
